Our Process
Once you contact us you will be assigned to a project manager that will be your liaison throughout the remaining process. This project manager will contact you and set up an initial meeting whereupon they will determine the complexity of the potential project and whether a second meeting is needed to bring in a data scientist, depending on the complexity of the project.
After a plan of action has been determined, the project manager will present a project proposal listing the scope of work and cost estimate. If you agree to proceed with the project, a contract will be presented to you for signature. Once we begin your project, your project manager will be the point of contact, and he or she will update you on the status of the project at least once a week. Each project is different, but the steps of the process will look very similar to this:
